Meet & Greet
There are generally two methods when picking up at the airport; Meet & Greet and Curbside. As either option is included with your all-inclusive Hennessy pricing, each one is unique to what the passenger may need. Perhaps you need assistance with your luggage? Or maybe you're not familiar with the airport? Should this be the case we suggest you utilize our Meet & Greet option. Simply look for your chauffeur in the designated chauffeur area with your name displayed on a sign. For the passenger that is familiar with the airport and has little or no luggage a curbside pick up is most convenient. With Hennessy's state-of-the-art software, you'll receive a Greeterless Meet & Greet via text or email. This information will have your chauffeurs name and phone number provided to you once you land!
All Inclusive Pricing
Isn't it nice to have a price and it include everything? When you receive a price from Hennessy, that's the price. There's no additional fees! Your pricing is all-inclusive of taxes, chauffeur gratuity, fuel surcharges, tolls, etc. The only additional fees you would incur are unplanned arrangements such as additional stops, additional wait times, etc.
Above Industry Standard Wait Times
With Hennessy we provide our airport transportation clients with the following wait time schedule without any additional costs. Outbound: 30 minutes from scheduled pickup time. Inbound, Domestic: 45 minutes from wheels-down. Inbound, International: 90 minutes from wheels-down. Please Note: There is an additional Int'l Arrival fee as the wait time varies from 45 minutes up to 90 minutes to clear customs in most airports.
24 Hour Dispatch
Our office is staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. There is never a moment that our team isn't monitoring your flight status. With the most advanced technology, a superior staff of logistical operators and Hennessy trained chauffeurs we're exactly where we need to be, when we need to be, ready for you. Whether your flight is coming in an hour early or delayed five hours later, no worries. When you land, we're on location!
Wi-Fi, Soda, Water & Coffee
Care to take a sip of some chilled water on board? Perhaps you would like to login to your email and stay ahead before hitting the jetway. Or maybe it's 4am and while relaxing on the way out you would like some fresh coffee. Your pleasure is ours! Just let us know and we'll have it for you. And again, all-inclusive pricing is exactly that. All of these services are complimentary.
Online Reservations
Online reservations are available and monitored 24 hours a day. For the weekly or monthly traveller that seems to go to the same locations (house & airport) each time, we have a quick {mobile reservation} system. Or should your reservation change, require additional detail or have multiple passenger needs you may use our {standard reservation} system.
